The Theatre of Northeastern Connecticut
at The Bradley Playhouse
The Theatre of Northeastern Connecticut is
excited to present the rollicking new musical
comedy In Good Spirits, opening March 7 at the
Bradley Playhouse in Putnam, CT.

Performances are March 7, 8, 14, 15, 20, 21 and 22
at 8:00 pm and March 9 and 16 at 2:00 pm. Tickets
are $17.00 for adults and $14.00 for seniors and
students.

In Good Spirits was written by Massachusetts
writer and composer Howard Odentz and
orchestrated by three time Emmy winner Bruce
Zimmerman. As only the fourth theatre in the
country to produce this musical (including a run in
Las Vegas), The Bradley Playhouse eagerly looks
forward to bringing it to Northeastern Connecticut.
Mr. Odentz plans to attend the opening night
performance on March 7 and will be available to
answer questions and sign programs.
This zany comedy includes over 20 original songs and tells the story of five mismatched ghosts stuck in limbo and doomed to
haunt the theatre in which, for various reasons, they died. When a community theatre group moves in but can’t afford the
royalties for their first show, hilarity ensues. Should the ghosts haunt them out? Should they help them? What about that perky
but strange little girl? With a colorful cast of characters, this musical comedy is sure to tickle the funny bone of all who
experience it. In fact, it could easily have been written about the Bradley’s own ghosts!

The TNECT production is directed by well-known Bradley actor and director Jim Weigel, assisted by Scott Guerin. Carol
Rossetti is the Music Director.
The ghosts are played by Chris Bell as the Shakespearean actor Laslo Miller with Emily Langille portraying flapper Edie O’
Reilly. Jon Carpentier and Keri McNiff appear as the 50’s young couple Salvadore Secconado and Bunny Hopper. Tequila
Mockingbird, the fabulous drag queen with a heart of gold, is played by Jason Preston.

The community theatre members include Leah Snyder as Summer Meadow, Andrea Olson as Dr. Rosemary Gold, Keith
Murphy appears as Mortimer Hurley and Walter Wright is Tom. Carol-Ann, the little girl who sees dead actors “all the time” is
played by Sydne Leigh Andersen. Supporting members of the theatre company include Chance Andersen, Laura Fisher
Andersen, Carol Bachman, Patricia Green, Jeff Grenier, Bernie McNiff, Lida Roman and Ernest White.

The Bradley Playhouse is located at 30 Front Street (Route 44) in Putnam, CT. Tickets are available at Wonderland Books,
120 Main Street and Victoria Station Café, 75 Main Street, both in Putnam. Reservations may be made with a major credit card
online at www.bradleyplayhouse.org, or by calling 860-928-7887. Tickets are available at the door, but reservations are
